Born and raised in Lexington, Kentucky, Christopher Quarterman is a bi-coastal, Virginia-based multi-passionate creative. His early experiences in the performing arts cultivated a deep appreciation for fashion, design, direction, and moving images, which have shaped his versatile career across fashion, television, and film. Christopher has excelled in various roles, including wardrobe stylist, wardrobe consultant, makeup artist, creative director, costume designer, photographer, and muse.
Through the arts, Christopher discovered costume design and stage theater as a way to explore self-expression and uncover narratives from different periods in history—foundations that shape his artistic approach. His pursuit of personal dreams in the fashion and creative fields has grown into a passion for consulting with brands, businesses, and individuals, helping them navigate their paths toward purposeful fulfillment.
His industry experience has been shaped by contributions to some of the world’s largest domestic and international publications, fashion editors, fashion houses, as well as both well-known and private clients.

Sustainability has always been at the forefront of Christopher’s work, beginning with his win of "Best Use of Materials" in the 2013 Virginia Museum of Fine Arts' “Teen Stylin’” competition. At age 16, he created a fashion piece using unconventional materials like windscreen, Q-tips, and toilet paper. Five years later, in 2018, at age 21, he was invited to return as a guest judge for the same competition. Christopher continues to advocate for the use of sustainable and unconventional materials in fashion and design, embracing the juxtaposition of growth and innovation.
With a decade of fashion under their belt Christopher launched an inclusive sustainable brand under his namesake in 2022.
